**NEW**Acting and Improv- Acting and improvisation are the focus of this program, preparing
students for performance in both film and theatre. Improv classes will emphasize the fundamentals of
improvisation, involving mental and physical warm-up exercises in order to understand character,
relationship, objective, location and focus. Acting exercises will include scene building, character
development, movement and the actors tool box essentials. Students will also develop an
understanding of vocal control, attitude, posture, composition, terminology, stage presence and
auditioning techniques.

SEXY LADIES POLE Fitness- 18+ A fun night out with the girls, where you will leave your
inhibitions at the door. Receive a total body workout and learn exotic new dance moves that will give
you the confidence to be a more creative and sexy you. Class props may include things such as boas,
neck ties, chairs and even a hot pink pole! No experience necessary just your open mind!

ZUMBA Fitness®- Ages 16 and Up - It’s the latest Latin inspired fitness phenomenon! ZUMBA® is a
fusion of Latin and International music and dance. It is a spicy, upbeat mixture of salsa, merengue,
belly dancing, hip-hop and many other beats. This is dance fitness with the emphasis on fitness, not
complicated choreography. Zumba
® is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind - it's a
"feel-happy" workout! It's based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" in
order for participants to stick to the program and achieve long-term health benefits. ZUMBA is easy,
aerobic, and makes everyone look positively CALIENTE!

MOMS & TOTS 2 - 3 YRS OF AGE - 6 week program
Come dance, sing, & move in a fun filled musical adventure. This creative dance class will help to
build your child’s sense of rhythm and self-esteem while also developing both their fine and gross
motor skills. Children will learn the basics of dance through the use of specially designed exercises
and creative movement activities, while exploring their imagination and improving their agility,
co-ordination and strength. Parent participation is required.

ACROBATICS - A combination of Acrobatics and Jazz, students will develop proficiency in acrobatic
performance skills from beginner (rolls and bridges) to advanced (aerial cartwheels, handsprings and
tucks) as well as spotting fundamentals. Focus will be placed on form and technique in the
development of a choreographed routine. Students will be assessed throughout the program based
on their own personal achievement in flexibility, balance, tumbling and coordination.

JAZZ - Jazz classes are comprised of a warm-up, centre work and progressions including jumps and
turns. Technique and style through choreography are emphasized. Students will learn basic jazz
steps, progressive skills, jazz combinations and routines. Jazz styles range from contemporary to
funk.

HIP HOP - Dance to the latest music and learn all the moves from today's music videos in this fun,
energetic class! All Boys Hip Hop Classes are also available.

**NEW** JAZZY HIP HOP - This hip hop/jazz combination is a new concept that infuses the funky
style of hip hop with the technical side of jazz. Students will learn the fundamentals of each style such
as isolations and flexibility. This class will encourage students to dance outside of the box and bring
their own personality to each movement.

TAP - Make music with your feet! Students will focus on tap technique, progressions, rhythm
combinations and routines. Tap helps improve timing, rhythm, and coordination. Once you start
tapping, you'll never want to stop!

BALLET - Ballet is the core basis for all types of dancing. This Program exposes students to the
time-honoured art of classical ballet. Students will develop self-discipline, grace of movement, poise,
coordination and control of the body as well as a feeling for the music and a sense of
accomplishment. Posture and body placement, in addition through technique, is the emphasis of this
popular art form.

MUSICAL THEATRE - The ultimate in performance through dance and theatre. Characterization and
dances are often inspired by music from movies and musicals. If you have ever dreamed of Broadway
this is the class for you. Dancers will use facial expressions and body movements to portray different
characters and story lines.

BATON - Baton twirling focuses on Baton handling skills combined with dance and/or gymnastic
moves. Baton helps develop self-esteem, self-confidence as well as self-discipline. In addition to
improving fine motor skills and hand-eye co-ordination, Baton teaches teamwork, commitment and
sportsmanship through group participation.

LYRICAL - This Advanced class combines the grace and technique of Ballet along with the style and
strength of Classical Jazz through emotion and interpretation of music.

TAEKWONDO -Ages 4 through Adult - The Korean art of self-defence. Taekwondo is much more
than just kicking and punching. It teaches self-defence, balance, physical and mental discipline while
developing good judgment and a sound mind. Students learn to respect and help others, be honest,
and support the weak. This helps to form great personal philosophy and outstanding character in this
modern world. Taekwondo is the oldest and greatest martial art in the world. Belt testing available.

YOGA - Adults - Come relax and explore your innermost self. In today's run, run, run, Mommy,
Mommy I want this, Dad can I have some money, bosses calling, mortgage is due Etc., Etc.. Yoga
allows you that quiet time away from it all that you need to relax and stretch your mind and body.
Come join us and we will help you find your inner quiet peaceful place. Our classes are a combination
of Hatha and Gentle Flow Levels. Hatha Flow, where you will explore the many different ways of
mindfully linking body movements with breathing in a flowing sequence. Gentle Flow, where we will
enjoy more relaxing sequences where you can drop deeper into your poses while being more mindful
of the breath.This class is suitable for those become newly acquainted with Yoga, or needing to start
slowly for whatever reason.

by using age appropriate Music, Choreography and Dance Costumes.
